How to apply

The application process

Trinitas Christian School uses an admissions procedure that resembles the application process used in many private colleges, allowing our school more accurately to identify and admit students from families who have expressed convictions similar to those upheld by the school regarding the education of their children.

Jump to the four steps

A simple four-step process

  1. Step 1

    Visit

We love to share our story and our community with visitors. One of the best ways to understand Classical and Christ-centered is to see it in action in the classrooms. When you visit, we want you to see us in our normal routine, but we will probably invite you to some of our special events outside of class, too.

  2. Step 2

    Apply

For your convenience, the Trinitas application is online. Priority for acceptance is given to current students and their siblings through February 1st of each year but applications are accepted at any time for waiting lists for available seats. The application fee is $175.

  3. Step 3

    Shadow and test

Prospective students spend the day in their current grade level getting to know Trinitas students, the teachers, and our classical teaching methods. During the day, visitors complete a readiness test, from which we provide feedback to parents about grade level placement in the Trinitas curriculum continuum.

  4. Step 4

    Interview

Choosing a school is one of the two or three most important decisions a family makes. You need a school that fits the vision you have for your child, one that can help him or her become the person God has created him or her to be. The family conference is an important part of helping you determine if Trinitas is that school for your family.

Open seats in our classes are filled beginning February 1st as like-minded prospective families satisfactorily complete the admissions process. Applicants can expect an admissions decision within two weeks of the family conference. We look forward to welcoming families into the Trinitas community!

Tuition information

We recognize that financial considerations do play a role in your child's education and that tuition is an investment in the life of your child. In fact, our goal is that financial considerations will not prevent qualified students from attending Trinitas because Christian education should not be a commodity but a ministry.

A few words from our families

Families share why they chose classical, Christ-centered education at Trinitas.

Portrait of Becki Cato.

“We were blessed to join the Trinitas family in its first year and all three of my daughters are Trinitas graduates. Not only did they receive an excellent education, they matured as Christian young women who love the Lord and understand his sovereignty over all of his creation. All three went on to succeed in college and are now married with children of their own. We all benefited from our years as a Trinitas family and I recommend it highly to anyone who desires to raise their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.”

“Trinitas is the complete package for Christian families like us. It provides a high level of education and rich literature not available outside of classical education all with Christian principles. We appreciate the good manners are taught with love in the classrooms and on the playground, teachers and staff devoted to excellence in everything they do, and the safe family-like environment.”

“Trinitas is providing our children a Christocentric approach to education focused on spiritual and character formation not just developing the intellect. It is making education part of the discipleship process governed by theology and under the lordship and headship of Christ. It is bringing parents, students and teachers together in community. It is creating a love for life-long learning and discipleship with a pursuit of virtue and an appreciation for the true, the good and the beautiful. It is teaching students how to think and not just what to think. It is training the affections with a focus on the heart and not just the head, characterized by love for God and love for neighbor.”
